Yes! Every tumbler at Nspired BYou Designs is handcrafted from start to finish. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail, so you're getting a one-of-a-kind creation, not something mass-produced.

 

Are your custom tumblers dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing only to keep your tumbler looking its best. The heat and pressure from a dishwasher can damage the design and rhinestone details over time. A gentle hand wash goes a long way in keeping it beautiful!

 

Will my tumbler look exactly like the photos?

Since every tumbler is handmade to order, there may be slight variations in color, placement, or rhinestone arrangement and honestly, that's what makes yours truly one of a kind! The overall design, style, and quality will absolutely match what you see in the listing.

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an instant download link by email. Nothing will be shipped to you physically. Just download your file and you're ready to go!

The files can be resized to fit your needs, but the design itself cannot be edited or altered. If you have a specific request before purchasing, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help.

 

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom orders?

Since every item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
